Role Overview: As part of this apprenticeship, you will support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. Your contributions will help enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies through data collection and analysis
• Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
• Develop and update process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual management tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Lean Six Sigma tools
• Track project metrics and report progress using dashboards
• Contribute to audits and continuous improvement culture promotion

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in engineering, business management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis and process mapping tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Visio or Minitab is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• QA Tester Fundamentals certification preferred
