Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate AI-powered insights pipelines for ASO keyword research, ranking analysis, and metadata optimization
• Analyze UA campaign data to identify high-ROI channels, predict trends, and optimize bidding strategies
• Build CRM automations using AI to personalize user journeys, reduce churn, and boost LTV
• Create dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights for stakeholders
• Experiment with machine learning models to forecast app performance and recommend growth tactics
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement data-driven decisions

• 3+ years of experience in ASO, UA, and CRM within mobile app marketing or growth teams
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R for insights generation
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML automation tools (e.g., TensorFlow, automation scripting)
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or Amplitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
