• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data processing techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams
• Familiarity with energy sector data or sustainability projects is a plus
