• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally in AI/ML, biotech, or pharmaceutical domains
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies applied to drug discovery, such as generative models, molecular simulations, and predictive analytics
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven products from ideation to launch
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams (engineers, scientists, business leaders)
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and drug development processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus
