• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in management control, financial analysis, or controlling
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG)
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
