Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement low-touch onboarding workflows
• Develop scalable applications and APIs for seamless customer data integration

• Ensure security, compliance (GDPR), and high availability of onboarding systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in application development, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration technologies (e.g., REST, OAuth)
• Experience with customer onboarding processes and automation tools
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams
• Fluency in English and German; strong communication skills
