Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement application security strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews across our product portfolio
• Lead a team of security engineers, providing mentorship and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate security into the SDLC
• Monitor threat landscapes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in application security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., SAST, DAST)
• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring security teams
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Experience in the agricultural or software industry is a plus
