What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more game titles, from ideation to post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with C-level executives to define product roadmap aligned with company goals
• Analyze player data to inform decisions on features, monetization, and UA campaigns
• Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact updates that boost engagement and revenue
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain our edge in hyper-casual and hybrid casual genres
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a data-driven product culture

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in mobile gaming or consumer tech
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products with strong metrics (DAU, retention, LTV)
• Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and user acquisition strategies
• Strong leadership skills to mentor PMs and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
• Deep understanding of mobile game ecosystems (iOS/Android stores, ad networks)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
