Swift, a global leader in secure financial messaging, is looking for a Business Analyst to enhance our DevPortal platform and drive R&D in Payments Services. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and innovation in payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for DevPortal enhancements and R&D projects in payments
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for payment service integrations
• Support API documentation, testing, and rollout of new features
• Facilitate workshops, create wireframes, and contribute to Agile ceremonies
• Monitor KPIs and recommend optimizations for developer experience and payment efficiency
• Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech, open banking, and ISO 20022 standards

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or payments industry
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, APIs, and developer portals
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards is a plus
• Fluency in English; Spanish is advantageous
