• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in service management or ITIL frameworks
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and requirements gathering techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fluency in English and Spanish
