Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for all job roles using industry surveys and data sources
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support annual merit, incentive, and equity compensation processes
• Collaborate with recruiting and business leaders to provide compensation recommendations for offers and promotions
• Ensure compliance with Ontario and Canadian pay equity laws and regulations
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate compensation insights to leadership
• Partner on total rewards projects, including benefits optimization and pay structure design

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, total rewards, or HR analytics
• Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Salary.com) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws, pay equity regulations, and compensation best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams
• Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus
