• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years focused on marketing analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, CLV, attribution modeling)
