• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of sales or real estate experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish (English a plus)
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Passion for luxury real estate and client service
