What You'll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
• Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
• Administer benefits programs, payroll coordination, and employee queries
• Support people operations initiatives, including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and policy updates
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement people strategies tailored to our creative studio culture
• Handle day-to-day employee relations, providing support on policies, procedures, and workplace issues
• Assist in recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking
• Contribute to process improvements and special HR projects to enhance operational efficiency

Customer Relations certification required for seamless employee support.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee-facing interactions
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes preferred
