Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (recruitment, payroll, performance, etc.)
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key HR metrics
• Identify trends in employee turnover, engagement, and diversity to support decision-making
• Collaborate with HR business partners to forecast workforce needs and talent gaps
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with GDPR, and best practices in data governance
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance HR processes and employee experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in HR analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or similar tools
• Strong skills in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel advanced features
• Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and talent management
• Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in French; English is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment
