In this role, you will architect scalable data pipelines, optimize data flows, and ensure high-quality data availability for our advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and frameworks
• Build and maintain data infrastructure on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements
• Perform data quality checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Optimize performance of data systems for large-scale genomic datasets
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows

This is a REMOTE_CONTRACT opportunity based in Lille, Hauts-de-France, France, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a passionate team driving healthcare innovation through data.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering roles
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt)
• Strong knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• French and English proficiency
