Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian defense sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Canadian Armed Forces, government agencies, and allied partners
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closings for high-value deals
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure seamless project delivery
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform growth strategies
• Represent Top Aces at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Canada
• Mentor and lead a team of business development professionals

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the aerospace, defense, or aviation industry
• Proven track record of securing multimillion-dollar contracts and building relationships with government and military entities in Canada
• Deep understanding of the Canadian defense market, regulations, and procurement processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaborations
