Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Safe AV's tech and hardware lineup
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and external partners to bring AV systems from concept to market
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer validation to prioritize features
• Manage product lifecycle, including pricing, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch optimizations
• Lead a high-performing product team, fostering innovation and alignment with business goals
• Ensure compliance with AV safety regulations and industry standards
• Drive metrics for product success, such as adoption rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction

Location Details Remote contract, with Berlin, Berlin, Germany as the base hub.

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in tech/hardware or automotive sectors
• Proven track record leading product strategy for complex hardware-software integrated products, ideally in AV or mobility
• Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies, safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262), and hardware development lifecycle
• Experience with agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and cross-functional leadership (engineering, design, sales)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at C-level
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to work remotely on a contract basis
