Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to engineering service calls and emergencies
• Perform installations, modifications, and upgrades to hotel infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with local safety codes, environmental regulations, and Marriott standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Participate in energy conservation initiatives to support sustainability goals

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance engineering, preferably in hospitality
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Spanish health and safety regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
