What you'll do:

• Manage and grow a distributed team of 10+ engineers across multiple squads
• Set technical vision, prioritize roadmaps, and align with product and business goals
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for the team
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
• Strong technical background in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar modern web technologies
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence
• Experience scaling engineering teams and managing distributed, remote teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on agile methodologies
• Familiarity with workflow automation, DevOps practices, or open-source projects is a plus
