The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our flagship fintech platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive designs. This is a remote position based in Spain, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data analytics
• Champion UX best practices and ensure consistency across products

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Framer or InVision
• Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs
• Experience with user testing methodologies, A/B testing, and usability audits
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with product, engineering, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs to non-design audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
