• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial services

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
