Position Overview

Canadian Career Education College, a leading institution in aviation training, is looking for dedicated Flight Instructors to join our team in Concord, Ontario. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for successful careers in aviation by delivering high-quality ground school and in-flight training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct flight training sessions in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft
• Teach theoretical subjects including aerodynamics, flight planning, and emergency procedures
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with Transport Canada standards
• Mentor students on career development in the aviation industry
• Participate in curriculum development and simulator-based training

This is a REMOTE_CONTRACT position offering flexibility for experienced instructors.

• Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with Flight Instructor Rating (Class 4 or higher)
• Minimum 200 hours of total flight time, including 100 hours as Pilot-in-Command
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, meteorology, navigation, and aircraft systems
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to pass a Transport Canada medical examination
• Clean criminal record and valid driver's license
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset
