• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Go (Golang)
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
