Your Role

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications centered around the Camunda BPM platform. This includes modeling complex business processes using BPMN, integrating with enterprise systems, and creating intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects that streamline operations and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Camunda for workflow orchestration
• Implement backend services with Java/Spring Boot and frontend with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using agile practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
• Stay updated with Camunda ecosystem advancements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Camunda BPMN engine
• Expertise in frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, including TypeScript and modern UI/UX frameworks
• Solid knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
