Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 game client developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Architect and optimize client-side features for performance, reliability, and cross-platform compatibility
• Collaborate with server teams, designers, and QA to ensure seamless end-to-end gameplay experiences
• Drive technical roadmap for client technologies, incorporating emerging trends like WebGL, WebAssembly, and cloud gaming
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and resolve complex technical challenges
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Stay ahead of industry standards in security, latency reduction, and user experience

• 7+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years leading client-side teams
• Expertise in Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game engines
• Proficiency in C++, C#, or JavaScript for client-side development
• Strong knowledge of networking, optimization, and cross-platform deployment (PC, mobile, consoles)
• Experience with multiplayer game architectures, including client-server communication and anti-cheat systems
• Proven track record in agile methodologies and team management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for gaming
