SBM Offshore, a leader in floating production solutions for the offshore energy industry, is seeking a Global HSSE Resources & Performance Manager to spearhead our worldwide health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) strategies.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the allocation and development of HSSE resources, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement across our global operations. Reporting to the VP HSSE, you will collaborate with site leaders, regional managers, and executive stakeholders to ensure compliance with rigorous industry regulations and foster a culture of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global HSSE resource strategies, including talent acquisition, training, and competency frameworks
• Design and monitor performance dashboards, conducting gap analyses and recommending corrective actions
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations at an enterprise level
• Champion sustainability initiatives aligned with SBM Offshore's net-zero ambitions
• Provide expert guidance on HSSE matters to support business growth and project delivery

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HSSE management, with at least 5 years in a global or senior leadership role within the offshore energy or oil & gas industry
• Proven track record in resources planning, performance metrics, and compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural, remote teams
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in HSSE data management systems
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Dutch) advantageous
• Ability to travel internationally as required
