• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or product growth roles
• Proven track record of achieving significant growth metrics (e.g., user acquisition, retention, revenue) using A/B testing, SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data analysis and automation
• Experience with growth frameworks like AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Familiarity with German market dynamics and regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
