The Role

As the GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA), you'll own end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source passive candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You'll play a key role in scaling our EMEA presence by attracting top diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring top talent in EMEA markets
• Strong knowledge of EMEA labor markets, visa processes, and compliance
• Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
