• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in electrical and network systems design, preferably in aerospace
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of avionics, power distribution systems, data networks, and EMI/EMC standards
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD) and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink)
• Strong project management skills with experience in DO-160, ARP4754, and ARP4761 standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English
