DLocal is seeking a seasoned Incident Management Analyst III to enhance our incident response capabilities in the fast-paced fintech environment. You will lead the detection, analysis, and resolution of critical incidents to ensure uninterrupted payment processing services globally.

As an Incident Management Analyst III, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability and resilience of DLocal's payment infrastructure, serving merchants and consumers across emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end incident management process, from detection to post-mortem analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support) during major incidents
• Develop and refine incident response playbooks and runbooks
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Monitor system health using advanced observability tools and dashboards
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Drive continuous improvement in MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) and system uptime
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize incident management practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT incident management, operations, or SRE roles
• Proficiency in incident management tools such as PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Opsgenie, or similar
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Incident and Problem Management
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Splunk) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination during major incidents
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus
