SGD Pharma, a global leader in pharmaceutical primary packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Ingénieur qualité clients (Customer Quality Engineer) to join our team in Sucy-en-Brie, France. In this critical role, you will act as the primary interface between our production teams and external clients, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer quality complaints from receipt to resolution, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Perform quality audits and assessments on client sites and internally to maintain compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and pharmacopeia requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain) to drive root cause analysis and preventive measures
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and product quality
• Support new product introductions by validating quality processes with clients
• Train internal teams on quality best practices and client-specific requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and other relevant quality standards
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills in French and English for client interactions
• Experience with customer complaint management and CAPA processes
