• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, or audit
• Strong knowledge of COSO framework, risk assessment, and control testing

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is a plus
