• 2+ years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools
