Surgery Partners, a leading operator of surgical hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, is hiring an IT Technical Support Analyst for a remote contract position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports our healthcare operations nationwide.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues to minimize disruptions in patient care and administrative functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include triaging support tickets, performing remote diagnostics, configuring systems, and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide timely first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote access tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VoIP systems
• Support network connectivity, VPN access, and cybersecurity protocols
• Document resolutions in the IT service management system and maintain accurate user records
• Assist with software deployments, updates, and user onboarding/offboarding processes
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand and address healthcare-specific IT needs
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote desktop tools
