What You'll Do:

• Architect and lead the development of front-end applications using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring pixel-perfect UIs aligned with luxury brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features for e-commerce platforms, brand sites, and internal tools.
• Mentor and grow a talented team of front-end developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices for code quality, testing (Jest, Cypress), scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize front-end performance, leveraging tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and PWAs to enhance user engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging web technologies such as WebAssembly, server-side rendering, and headless CMS.

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead or senior role
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and styling solutions (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
• Strong experience with state management (Redux, Zustand), performance optimization, and accessibility (a11y)
• Leadership skills to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive agile processes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services (AWS, Vercel)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with e-commerce or luxury brand digital platforms
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
