• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in labour relations, HR advisory, or employee relations roles
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish labour legislation, including collective bargaining and dispute resolution
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills with experience handling union interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in labour relations or HR (preferred)
