• 7+ years of professional backend development experience
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or Go
• Strong experience with databases (SQL like PostgreSQL, NoSQL like MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis)
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior developers and managing cross-functional teams
