The Role

As Lead Data Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift), and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with Python, Scala, or Java for data processing
• Leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in agile methodologies
• French and English proficiency preferred
