• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring juniors
• Strong knowledge of backend architectures, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Proficiency in databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and agile methodologies familiarity
• French and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
