• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), NoSQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
