The Role

As Lead Software Developer, you'll spearhead the development of core infrastructure components, optimize our cloud platform, and mentor a team of talented engineers. This remote position allows you to work from your home office anywhere in Germany, collaborating with international teams via modern tools like Slack, Jira, and GitLab.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization (e.g., KVM, Docker, Kubernetes), and networking
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), and monitoring systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
