Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs to identify and mitigate failure modes.

• Analyze maintenance data to forecast reliability trends and optimize PM schedules.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 55000 for asset management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance reliability, predictive maintenance, or asset management
• Proficiency in reliability tools such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), FMEA, and vibration analysis
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
• Experience with data analytics and statistical methods for reliability prediction
• Certifications like CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the energy sector
