Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor SOC analysts to maintain high operational standards
• Design and implement SOC processes for event triage, investigation, and escalation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including threat intelligence, engineering, and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics analysis, automation initiatives, and post-incident reviews
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS Directive

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in SOC team management
• Deep knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK), IDS/IPS, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Proven track record in incident response, vulnerability management, and security event analysis
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in agile team environments
• Proficiency in French and English; additional languages a plus
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC highly desirable
