Logix ITS Inc. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Specialist III to lead advanced fabrication processes for intelligent transportation systems (ITS) products at our LaSalle facility. This bilingual role combines technical expertise with process optimization to deliver cutting-edge TAPCO solutions.

Logix ITS Inc., a leader in intelligent transportation systems, is expanding its manufacturing team and hiring a Manufacturing Specialist III to oversee the fabrication of TAPCO products in our state-of-the-art LaSalle, Quebec facility.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead and optimize manufacturing processes for ITS hardware, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to develop and refine production workflows.
• Implement advanced techniques such as automation, CNC machining, and assembly line improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist role
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and quality control systems (ISO 9001)
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, assembly processes, and ITS hardware production
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, and production planning tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement process improvements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
