Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain (Hybrid)

• 7+ years of experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android) with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality mobile products
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter
• Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile architecture best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in hybrid or remote team management is a plus
