Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, scheduling jobs and allocating resources effectively
• Conduct site visits to perform multi-skilled repairs (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fabric)
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, including LOLER, PUWER, and CDM
• Mentor and develop team members through training and performance reviews
• Manage stock, tools, and vehicles to maintain high service levels
• Liaise with clients to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in on-call rota to support emergency response

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer with qualifications in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building fabric works (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing mobile engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements
• Full UK driving licence with clean record
• Ability to work flexibly, including on-call and out-of-hours as required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency with mobile maintenance technologies and diagnostic tools
