Tripledot, a leading mobile game studio, is looking for a passionate Organic Growth Specialist (ASO) to join our growth team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our games' visibility and organic acquisition on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ASO strategies.
• Optimize app titles, subtitles, descriptions, icons, screenshots, and videos for maximum conversion.
• Monitor and report on ASO performance using KPIs like impressions, conversion rates, and organic downloads.
• Collaborate with UA, product, and design teams to align ASO efforts with broader growth initiatives.
• Test and iterate on metadata and creatives through A/B experiments.
• Stay ahead of app store algorithm changes and industry trends.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ASO for mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Proficiency in ASO tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action
• Strong analytical skills with experience in keyword research, A/B testing, and performance metrics
• Familiarity with app store guidelines, localization, and metadata optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
