Holepunch is seeking a talented P2P Node.js Engineer for a fully remote, worldwide role to develop cutting-edge peer-to-peer networking solutions using Node.js.

As a P2P Node.js Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the core Node.js components of our P2P stack. This includes developing robust networking modules, enhancing protocol efficiency, and ensuring seamless scalability for global users.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and code P2P connection logic using Node.js
• Integrate and extend protocols like Hypercore, Hyperswarm, and WebRTC
• Debug and profile network performance under real-world conditions
• Collaborate with the team to innovate on decentralized data sharing
• Contribute to open-source components where applicable

• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and asynchronous programming
