• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in PMO roles or project controls
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2 methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
